When a seller would like to sell a condominium, they contact a real estate agent. The real estate agent should put that condo listing in a data base maintained by the NWMLS. At this time the author is not aware of any other NWMLS databases that exist in Seattle. When you request updated condo listings we will sent you the listings after they are inputted into this database. There is no need to search on each companies specific website.
